I love to laugh. Sometimes, it's seeing the lighter side of things that has helped me navigate some of my most challenging experiences.

In early 2025, I went through my "googly-eyes" phase. It's amazing how that inexpensive craft store purchase can add so much vibrancy to your life.

And I guess going from working in accounting and project management for 30 years to unleashing my pent-up creativity & quirkiness has its consequences.

Patton is one of Ron's heroes. While my many other googly-eyed vandalistic capers went unnoticed, he reacted to this modification immediately. Yes, we're still married. And yes, George's countenance is safely under glass.

I picked my sister up at the airport (March 2025) and this is what she wore from Miami to Baltimore: she changed the buttons on her jacket to googly eyes. THAT.IS.SO.FABULOUS.

I was out for a run (April 2025) the other day. I felt a bit of resistance, like I was tripping on something. I figured my shoe had come untied. I glanced down and noticed a pair of my freshly laundered underwear had nestled into the leg of my running pants, and decided to make a debut at mile 2. Awkward.

Ginger Kitty identifies as a sphinx. The look of superiority. The body of a lion. Even down to the horizontal textile patterns of her ginger coat to match her Egyptian counterpart. Or wait. Is this Kitty appropriation by the sphinx? Look at the 2nd image, the way the sphinx has even opted to put the pointed cat-ear-like triangles in the background.
